Our plans do not include plumbing or mechanical drawings. These are areas that are regionally specific as well as climatically critical and should be obtained from a local engineer to ensure proper sizing, performance and code compliance. While we are confident that you will be able to build your home from these plans, we recommend that you consult with your builder, and/or a local architect or engineer to ensure that the plans meet specific local codes and requirements
