Site Plans – If required, this information must be obtained locally to include the information specific to your individual property.

Structural Calculations – In certain areas, particularly those in earthquake and hurricane zones, permit departments may require you to submit structural calculations for your particular conditions. When required, you should consult with a local structural engineer.

Q: The 5 set of same plan for $1245.00 does this include a PDF file with the 5 sets of blueprints, how big are the 5 sets of blueprints?

A: The 5 Set package only includes printed sets, and does not include a PDF file. If you wish to have both, we can provide printed and electronic sets for an additional $100 ($1345). The printed sets are formatted to scale on 24"x36" paper.

Q: Hello, Is it possible to fit 14' ceilings in the great room, and 12' ceilings in the dining area, kitchen and foyer for this plan? Thanks

A: It is possible, but the roof line would require some modifications in order to make it work. Mainly, the rear roof which is framed from the back of the dining area at a 10' plate height. This would have to be raised 2' in order to make 12' ceilings possible.
