A: Hello, Yes, The stairs are labeled as "optional stairs to basement or bonus room". So you do not have to build them or the bonus room. The area above the garage would just be attic. You may want to add a pull down stairs in the garage to access that space. Your builder can make those changes onsite easily. Thanks. Stephen Mathis, CPBD
A: Hello, The wall between the foyer and great room could be removed if you do not like it. The designer wanted to provide some privacy from the front door, so they put the wall there, and also to provide a wall for decorative furniture or whatever.. The foyer ceiling is flat, and the great room is vaulted, so there would need to be a beam between those two spaces if the wall is removed. No problems though.. It would work fine without the wall.
A: Yes you can! Please click the "Modifications" tab above to get more information.
A: The national average for a house is running right at $125.00 per SF. You can get more detailed information by clicking the Cost-To-Build tab above. Sorry, but we cannot give cost estimates for garage, multifamily or project plans.
