Q:I love this plan but I would like a basement. Do you have this plan with a basement, and stairway
A:See plan 59969 for the basement version of this plan.
Thanks!
Q:If I wanted to add a fourth bedroom or study, how would this fit on this plan?
A:Hello, See plan 59134 or 59952 . 59952 comes with a plan for an optional detached two car carport, which could be built attached to the rear of the house, or not built at all. We also have alternate basement versions for each of these plans. You may also like to review 59973 which is a wider version of 59952. Its shown with basement stairs, but we also have it with the slab and crawlspace foundation options, in which the stairs have been eliminated, which gives you a bigger eating area.
If you dont like any of these, we can always modify one to meet your needs. Submit a list or sketch of changes to this email if you would like a quote to modify a plan.
Thanks.
Q:Is the slab foundation raised to keep the brick work and porch steps?
A:Yes. It has block around the perimeter, backfilled with fill dirt, and slab poured on top of that, so it ends up elevated like it is in the rendering online. You choose the actual height, and just tell the builder how many blocks to raise the house. Its shown about 24" off the ground online. 3 block.
