A: It remains the same, there is a step up from the garage floor to the main level of the house at the break between the garage and hallway area
Q: Could you tell me what the Frost depth, mph wind speed , Seismic Design are?
A: The floor load is 40/15, Roof load is 30/20.
There are too many variations across the nation for wind, frost and seismic requirements, based on specific locations. They require regional adjustment for the specific local, when they are required. They are not noted on the plans and are adjusted locally.
