A: No. 2x6 conversion is available for an additional $250 fee for plans that are standard 2x4.
A: Thank you for your interest in our home plan design. The basement stair location will go approx. 4’-5’wide between the garage wall and the pantry/ half bath wall. The basement layout is an unfinished layout so that a customer can create rooms, door ways, windows, etc…on site with their builder; support beams, footers, rebar, etc…are called out on the foundation layout.
