A: When a slab foundation is ordered for $125 we don't redraw the whole set of plans, an alternate slab foundation gets drawn up and added to the set as an alternate, it's up to the owner and general contractor to relocate the mechanical equipment. Usually they are put in the garage however, the basement stairway on this plan can easily be converted to a mechanical closet with bi-fold doors opening to the laundry room.
A: Sorry, we don't have CAD files. Although we use computer programs for modifications, the original drawings are done by hand.
