Plan Description
Over the family/dining/kitchen area, we have a cathedral ceiling, and the foyer includes a large coat closet and storage space. Upstairs is a guest room with lounging area in the mezzanine. In the finished walkout basement are 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with laundry area and family room with wood stove or fireplace. Outdoor space includes a large terrace and screened in porch.

Summarized cost report will provide approximately 70 lines of cost detail within the following home construction categories: Site Work, Foundations, Basement (if used), Exterior Shell, Special Spaces (Kitchen, Bathrooms, etc), Interior Construction, Elevators, Plumbing, Heating / AC, Electrical Systems, Appliances, Contractor Markup.

The width of 28’8” and depth of 34’4” do not include the deck which meausures 19’8” x 15’ in front to the left, 18’8” x 4’ in front of the 13’8” x 10’8” screened porch, and 4’ x 31’ on the right side.
