A: The heated area of the house is 1800 sf. The optional basement foundation has the same footprint as the main level but, as shown, it is unfinished and unheated. The garage and storage has 652 sf and the porches have 448 sf. The total area under roof, not including the basement, is 2900 sf. If one chooses to finish the basement as heated area, it would add 1800 sf.
A: The ceiling height in the living rm., dining, eating and kitchen is 12'
A: Thank you for your inquiry and we appreciate your patience. The living room ceiling is 12’ high. The mbr is 8’ high but could easily be vaulted, sloped or boxed to reflect higher ceiling heights if preferred. Please contact us if we can be of further assistance.
