A: Typically, a truss engineer would provide truss shop drawings to accommodate that load. As for bracing, again, a local engineer would have to provide that level of detail. It saves you money to have it done locally according to your local codes instead of me drawing up something that may need to be changed anyway at the local level. Price for 4 sets would be for the drawings at their current state as priced on the website. I hope this answers your question.
