Q: In a previous Q&A statement it was stated that plan 72954 was the finished basement version of plan 72944. However, plan 72954 is a totally different house. Is there a revised version for plan 72944 with a finished basement.
A: Looks like a couple numbers were transposed. Plan 72945 has the finished basement.

A: We offer this plan with a finished basement under the plan number 72954. (Plan 72944 comes with an unfinished basement.) The basement square footage is 935. Total square feet is 2344.
