Q:Is there enough room for side lights around the doors? Is there enough room for a 2' transom window above the doors?
A:There would only be room for one sidelight as the plan is drawn now. To add a 2’ transom you would have to raise the ceiling and soffit height in that entryway to make that work.
Q:This is the house! I will be submitting for mods but I have a couple of questions first. What is the height of the cathedral ceilings? The space that is designated for stairs to a basement what are the dimensions? Thanks. Marsha
A:The cathedral ceiling could range from 13’-6” to 16’-8” depending on the trusses that you choose. The width of the stairs going down to the basement are 3’-6”. The landing is 7’-4” x 4’-8”.
