Q: Hi, Can you tell me what the area near the master bath tub is? It goes outside, it that an outdoor shower? Also, I know the process is to go through the modification tab for an estimate etc, and I will once we decide on a plan, but can you just tell me if it is possible with this floor plan to add another bedroom upstairs over the living room? I didn't see an angle of that side of the house from the pictures. Is there attic space above the bedrooms upstairs? Thanks so much!!

A: That is an outdoor shower and entry. Bedroom could be added above.

Q: Thank you so much! Even better than I had imagined. I love it. I have another question, is the “pool” covered or open? Also, since the house is on piers, do you step down to the “pool” area? We will be building on piers but our lot drops quite a bit from front to back. I wonder how that would work.

A: So glad you like it! The pool is flush with the deck. There is no step down.
