Plan Description
House Plan 74012 is attractive from the street with Craftsman details like exposed eve brackets and rafter tails and bungalow type box columns. In addition to a 2 bay garage, we have 3200 square feet of living space with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The Dining Room and Kitchen are combined in one open space, and the Family Room is centered around a large fireplace that is flanked by built-in bookcases. The laundry room is conveniently located upstairs between the bedrooms, and nearby, we have access to the stairs leading to family bonus room.
