Plan Description

A: The living room is on the same level as the kitchen/dining and rest of the main floor. There are no sunken spaces in this plan.
A: We do not have a present of the floor plan as a slab, so I included a screen shot of the stair area that becomes a mechanical closet with the slab version below.

To build this twice, once the original version and once the reverse, they would need to purchase the PDF of 75468 and the reverse upgrade for the $375, plus an additional construction license for $325. Call and ask for Bonnie if you would like to order with these options. (These prices are as of Jan. 31, 2023 and may change in the future.)
