The exterior of Southern Style Home Plan 77407 is classic with a modern interior for today’s families. Relax on one of two covered porches, the 10-foot deep front porch or the smaller rear porch located off the dining area.
Hidden from the curbside view, this Southern Style House has a 2 car side load garage. Family members can enter the house from the garage and drop off muddy sports uniforms immediately into the large laundry room. A utility sink makes chores even easier.
The master bedroom is tucked in the back and measures 16'6 x 13'. Everything on your wish list is available in the master ensuite: dual sinks, a corner tub, a large custom shower, and toilet compartment.
