A: The total square footage for this plan is 2172. The square footages are as follows: A/C-1521, Garage-486, Porch-44, and patio-120. The pitch does not allow for a bonus room. The pitch is an 8/12 pitch. We could change the pitch to 12/12, to accomadate a bonus room. The cost of this revision would be $300.00. If I can help further, please let me know. Thanks, Melany
