Farmhouse Style Ranch House Plan with Awesome Kitchen and Family Room Layout
Modern Country House Plan 81650 has 2,623 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. This new house plan is attractive with a metal roof, white vertical siding, and wooden columns with western style brackets. The covered front porch wraps around the left side of the home, and it affords plenty of room for a row of rocking chairs. The side-entry garage is preferred because it hides the garage doors from the curbside view.
Modern Country House Plan With Jack and Jill Bathroom
Modern Country House Plan 81650 has a great floor plan. Firstly, Mom and Dad will appreciate the split floor plan layout. Meaning, the master suite is located on the left side of the home, opposite the children's bedrooms. As a result, the master suite is more private. Special features include a vaulted ceiling and exterior door that leads to the back covered porch. Now, Mom and Dad can "sneak" out to the back porch and enjoy the evening outside after the kids go to bed. Plus, the ensuite has a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double sink, private toilet closet, and a very large walk-in closet.
