House plan 81826 offers 1339 sq.ft. on the ground floor, and the same in the daylight basement which is fully finished. This farmhouse-style bungalow includes a total of 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2 floors. All ceilings on the main floor are 9' high. A single, attached garage is also offered with this model.Several essential elements are provided for in this plan such as the mudroom at the entrance, a pantry in the kitchen and a walk-in closet in the parents' bedroom. In addition, an office is located at the front of the house, set back from the common areas for more peace of mind.
The daylight basement is designed for a family with several children. There are 4 bedrooms, a family room, a shower room, storage and the laundry room.
