A: The furnace and hot water tank are located in the basement approximately under the washer and dryer location on the main level. There are two windows with window wells on the rear wall of the basement. There is a wall front to back in the center of the basement with an opening about 1/3 the way back from the front for a door.
A: Laundry is 6 x 11 Plans are done to 1/4 inch scale Crawlspace foundation the furnace and hot water tank will go next to the washer and dryer and you will have a pantry under the stair case. NOTE There is a delay of about 1-2 weeks for the crawlspace foundation to be done. Basement is already done so no extra fee. NOTE; Materials list is only available for Basement foundation not for alternate foundations. But the basement is close in materials to the crawlspace so may be useful.
