Q: So if you add the bonus room in what is the total square feet?

A: Total heated square feet with the bonus room added = 2989

Q: does it have a basement?.how many rooms are there totally?

A: Yes, this plan has a full basement version along with concrete slab and crawlspace. I'm not quite sure how to answer the question about how many rooms there are totally. There are several ways to qualify the list. I will say that if you count the Office/Guest Room as a bedroom that gives you four and, if you were to use part or all of the Bonus Room above the Garage as a bedroom that would give you five. There are two and 1/2 baths. If you have any other specific questions please feel free to contact me again.
