A: We currently offer a slab foundation and an unfinished no daylight (underground) basement for an additional $240.00. If you are interested in an unfinished/finished basement we can provide you with a free modification quote. For similar plans, please view plan 72136 and plan 72217 house plans. The bathrooms do not have the same look as the this plan, however we can modify them to fit your needs. I suggest these plans because the exterior of the homes are very similar in style, and all offer an open floor plan
