Multi-Family Plan with Open Living Space

Inside, the entry offers privacy to the main living area. Right off the entry is access to the attached 2 car garage, and straight ahead is the laundry room. If the kids just got done with a muddy soccer game, they can leave dirty uniforms right there in the laundry room. Parents will appreciate these small details because it keeps the rest of the house more clean. A cased opening to the left opens to the great room style living area where dining, kitchen, and living room are completely open to each other.

Entertaining is easy because there is no separation between the host and the guests when meals are being prepared. Enjoy sitting down for a meal at the dining table which is located right in the middle of all the action.
