2 Bed Farmhouse Style Garage Apartment Plan

Farmhouse Style Garage Apartment Plan 60099 has 3 bays for parking on the ground floor and a 2 bedroom apartment upstairs. In total, the garage area is 1,267 square feet, and the living area is 1,339 square feet. The exterior is composed of an attractive combination of cedar shingle siding and stone paired with a red metal roof. Special Farmhouse Style details include a country cupola, decorated gable, and board and batten shutters.

Garage Apartment Plan With 3 Car Parking

The ground floor has a small entry porch where you will be protected from the rain while you unlock the door. From here, you can take the man door into the 3 bay garage parking area. Bay 1 measures 13'6 wide by 28' deep for your smaller vehicle. The middle parking area measures 14'6 wide by 31'6 deep to accommodate a larger vehicle, or you can use the extra space for storage. Bay 3 measures 13'6 wide by 27' deep. For convenience, a half bathroom is available in the back corner of the garage space.
