A: The outside dimensions of bedrooms #2 & #3 are 10'-8" x 10'-8" so, with 2x4 exterior walls and 1/2" sheetrock the finished room sizes are 10'-0" x 10'-0".
A: Garage doors are 16'x7' & 8'x7' , ceiling is approx. 9'-2"
A: This plan has 9' ceilings thru-out and could be vaulted as well in the Living, Dining, Kitchen & Foyer without modifications (just make sure the contractor gets the message to use scissor trusses in that section of the house).
A: This plan has 9’ ceilings thru-out but, scissor trusses could be used to add a vault in the living room.
