A: To get this plan in SIP, you will have to contact someone locally to have the plan modified. This plan is up to canadian and american building codes, but since every city/county/state have their own regulations when it comes to new construction, you will need to verify with the city where you plan to build if the plan will meet their requirements. It is suitable for cold climate.
