Q:Just one.more question. Can you view the downstairs from upstairs like a loft or is it all full walled?
Yes you can. The area on the second floor that is not colored ( back and white where we see the sofa) is the open to below.
Hope this helps!

Q:My wife and I love this plan however we do not see a place for a washer and dryer. Is there a modification to put them on the main floor if we don't choose the basement foundation?
Presently for this plan, the washer and dryer are in the basement.
If the customer chooses a crawlspace or slab foundation, the washer and dryer would be put where the stairs currently are.
Hoping this helps!

Q:Can you recommend a garage package to match house plan # 64983?
A:Try looking at 64829 and 64838

Q:The upper floor plan looks like it has 2 bedrooms? Isn't there just one bedroom on the lower and one on the upper.... please clarify. Thank you
The second floor actually has only one bedroom.
The second room where there are 2 beds is actually a den (there is no closet space and the window is up to code for a bedroom)
However, this space could be turned into a second bedroom should need a third one.
