This design is not so “tiny” that it is inconvenient to live in, but small enough to be considered as a compact or affordable house plan. This floor plan has been sold many times as a lake house, beach house, hunting cabin, fishing cabin, guest house or even vacation home. Summarized cost report will provide approximately 70 lines of cost detail within the following home construction categories: Site Work, Foundations, Basement (if used), Exterior Shell, Special Spaces (Kitchen, Bathrooms, etc), Interior Construction, Elevators, Plumbing, Heating / AC, Electrical Systems, Appliances, Contractor Markup.

A: Hi, The shower is designed for a 32”x32” stall. Also, it’s possible to place a stackable W/D, the space available is 32”x 29”. The changes you want to make are possible. I hope it’s answer your question. Have a good day
A: Good day, This plan does have 2 bedrooms but no doors. It’s a 2-3 season type cottage plan, not a full year-long living cottage. There are no closets or washer and dryer space either. Thanks Jessica
