Plan Description
4 Bedroom Traditional House Plan
The perfect size plan and a pretty facade add up to a great home for your family. The combination of wood siding and stone complements a carriage style garage door and cedar shingle detailing on the outside of this home. The interior opens though an angled front entry with den on the left and a half bath on the right. The den has a comfortable window seat for dreaming and gazing. The back of the main level is lined with an open living - dining area. The great room has a window flanked fireplace. The dining area adjoins an island kitchen, which has a roomy pantry and built in desk. Access to the two car garage holds a convenient broom closet. Bedrooms are on the upper level. They include a vaulted master suite with spa bath, walk in closet with window seat, and separate tub and shower. Bedroom 3 also has a walk in closet. The laundry sits on the upper level to make wash day trouble free. This plan also works well on a corner lot.Special Features:

Building sections show changes in floor, ceiling, or roof height, and the relationship of one level to another. We try and draw sections to show the most useful information — choosing locations where there are elements you or your contractor might need clarification on.
