Plan Description
This rustic yet cute home features a large wooden front covered porch, perfect for visiting with family and friends, as well as an open floor plan with an excellent use of space considering its smaller size in square footage. Upon entering the home, you’re greeted by the warm Den that features an optional stone fireplace on the left and a beautiful staircase leading to the upper floor on the right. The den is open to the kitchen and dining area and offers an eat-at peninsula bar. Around the corner is a half-bath and the master bedroom.
