A: GR ceiling = the highest they can have is approx 18’ (they can always use a lower pitch in Great Room and more insulation above to roof rafters) bonus room = 13’8” x 23’10”
A: The bonus view can be seen in the attachment provided. The bonus sq ft is 352. There is space to create a bath concept and can be created by your builder on site; head clearance space will be needed if place under the stairs.
