A: Kitchen is approx. 11'-0" x 8'-4", the peninsula come out about 5' then angles another 2'
A: The MBR tub is 60"x60", there is a 14" linen cabinet that could be removed for a larger tub or take 5" out of the 72" vanity. The shower is 48"x34".
A: Kitchen, Dining, Living room and Master suite all have vaulted ceilings
A: We can draw a slab foundation and add it to the plans for $125, it is then up to the general contractor to omit the stairs from the floor plan and relocate the furnace and water heater.
A: Vaulted ceiling is standard, sorry no photos of this plan.
A: No we only specify pre-mfg/pre-engineered trusses, live loads vary too much from one region to another and need to be designed by local manufacturers.

A: The bay window and fireplace cantilever out 2' beyond the 52' (usually the cantilevers are included in the overall dimensions but somehow this one got missed) The kitchen is about 11' x 9'
