Plan Description
A lovely Craftsman with today’s style, this beauty is clad in stone and siding to give it that class touch.
Enter the Foyer and view your lovely Dining Room, true style, with a Coffered Ceiling. To the left you will find a Powder Room with easy access for guests. Q: Is this a full basement plan? I don't see a floor plan picture for the basement but it states a basement is the only available foundation type.
A: This plan has a full basement or a slab foundation.
Q: When you say total living area does that include the garage? This looks like its a smaller house than you state here. We are looking for 2500-3000 foot plans for us and this states 2800 but seems to include garage.
A: The heated area stated does not include the garage. :-) Or porches... only living area.
