A: Foundations available for this plan are Slab Crawlspace and Basement no extra fee Walkout Basement is not yet done and the fee would be normally $295.00 (100% to designer) but we would honor the website price for only this customer $150.00 (100% to designer) Unfinished showing a rear window and a patio door under the deck OR $395.00 (100 % to designer) to show a finished basement (family room, bedroom, bathroom, mechanical room) $350.00
A: This is an elevation from the working drawings At the top it says "roof vents as required" other words you will need roof vents determined by local codes In the gable it says " gable end vents to owners specs" Meaning the owner or builder can choose the shape of the vent, a circle, octagon, shape shown etc. But there has to be a vent in this gable
