Answer: Yes they do conform to 2015 IRC

Question: On the second floor, there's two areas off the master bedroom areas, can that be made into living space? Could the main floor be made to a 9' plate height?
Answer: The space next to the master bedrooms is open to the foyer below. yes we can alter the drawing for 9' ceilings on the main level.

Question: Hi, regarding the space on the upper floor between the master closet and master bedroom with the windows that face the front of the house, what is that space? Is it open to the stairway or does the inside wall go all the way to the ceiling and it could be made into a secondary closet for the master bedroom?
