Q:The specs on 45309 state "Primary Roof Pitch: 0". What is the right answer? and to make the front porch /- 8' wide versus /-5 feet could you make still the roof pitch greater and extend completely over the porch. The roof pitch in the photo is a not quite steep enough for snow load.
A:The main gable is 5/12, the roof over the porch is 3/12. Please call for modifications.

Q:What do the plans include? What plumbing, electrical, HVAC information is provided. I see no place for an air handler!
