Previous Q & A
Q:Hello. We are very interested in your design. Its a immaculate piece. However we are in ottawa county in ohio and we are trying to gauge the cost to build this. Unfortunately, we aren't sure we want to spend 1000 or 500 or whatever only to fund its way more then we want to spend. Is there a min or a fraction of your prints that we could share with builders in order to get a general idea? And then of course we would buy the whole plan prints. Thank you. Chris the deputy for toledo ohio
A:Chris
You can show the builder the online version of the plan, or you can purchase the PDF study set.
He should be able to give you a ballpark figure based on the information online https://www.familyhomeplans.com/plan_details.cfm?PlanNumber=51522

Additional notes about engineering and building codes:
Our plans are designed to meet national building codes. We do not guarantee they will meet all local building requirements or building codes influenced by local geographic or climactic factors. It is the responsibility of the owner or builder to ensure these plans comply with city, county, municipal and/or state/provincial building codes. Additionally, your plans will not be sealed or stamped by an engineer or architect. It is the owner’s (or builder’s) responsibility to hire a local professional to review and seal or stamp the plans if required by the building department.
