A:Could you please tell the dimensions of the 1/2 Bath? 4’-6”x5’-6”
How much of an insulation cavity is there above the vaulted ceiling in the Great Rm? 36”, The ceiling is framed in the attic, it is not the same as the roof.
Could I please see a rear elevation? Sure, see plan 59012 which is just the brick version of this house. I am trying to fugure out how complicated the roofline is. It is very simple. And, if the stairs option is dropped wiil we lose access to the Bonus rm? Yes, so I suggest plan 59018 stair location. We also have that stair option in a slab/crawspace version which does not have the stairs in the Master bedroom.
Is the MBR 14-4 x 17-6 with the stair? Yes.
How long is the "Jet Tub" in the Master Bath? 60"? 72"? 72” total space from wall to wall
Are water heater and furnace locations shown in attic? Yes, an optional location would be that the hvac could be placed in one of the hall closets. The water heater may be mounted on the exterior wall if it is of the tankless variety. Conventional water heaters can go in attic, or storage room. Thanks.
