Plan Description
Placed beyond a covered porch with columns, the foyer links to a centralized great-room, complete with a gas fireplace, boxed ceiling, and access to the covered porch through an atrium door. The dining room views the porch through a scenic bay window. The breakfast room’s built-in computer desk is a great place to keep things organized, while the rear grilling patio makes it possible to serve summer barbecues indoors or out. One secondary bedroom enjoys the option of being a private study. Dual walk-in closets flank the whirlpool tub in the master suite’s plush private bath. This home is designed with slab and crawlspace foundation options.

SET OF ELEVATIONS All plans include the exterior elevations (front, rear, right and left) that show and describe the finished materials of the house.
MISCELLANEOUS DETAILS These are included for many interior and exterior conditions that require more specific information for their construction.
ROOF OVERVIEW PLAN This is a "bird's eye" view showing the roof slopes, ridges, valleys and any saddles.
SCHEMATIC ELECTRICAL LAYOUT is included unless the plan employs exterior log wall construction.
