A: The dimension from the breakfast room wall to edge of lanai is 8’-0”. Most of the exterior walls are 8’-0” and the interior ceilings vault up to 10’-0” as noted on the artwork.

A: The thick wall between the kitchen and dining room contains an art niche. Kitchen cabinets are on the kitchen side. We do not have any photos of this particular home. It was originally built in the Kissimmee area of FL, but the builder no longer has a model home of this plan.
