European House Plan With Walkout Basement
European House Plan 72258 has 3,027 square feet of living space. Level one (2219 sq ft) is the main floor, and it includes the master suite and bedroom 2 / home office. Level two (808 sq ft) is the top floor, and it includes two more bedrooms, an office, and a bonus room. The lower level (2126 sq ft) is the walkout basement which is unfinished space. If you choose to finish the walkout basement, you can add several more fun spaces such as a media room, social room, play room, gym, and another bedroom.
European House Plan With Porte Cochere
European House Plan 72258 has many luxury features that you won't find in the average construction plan. Firstly, parking is available for 5 vehicles. Take a look at level one. The two car garage and the 3 car garage are separated by a porte cochere. Now you have room to store those project cars in the far garage. As a result, they will stay out of the way until Saturday rolls around when you can start restoring the old paint finish. Your 3 car garage includes an additional refrigerator and freezer, and it opens to the sun porch in the rear of the home.
Secondly, the foyer opens with an impressive curved staircase. Take a step back in time to opulent features as you look up into the 2 story ceiling. The 2-story dining room shares space here, and French doors open to the bedroom (or office) on the right side. Thirdly, the kitchen has a double island. Why have only one island when you can have two? Even better, the kitchen has two dishwashers, so entertaining is a breeze. We love the 2-story ceiling in the family room and the cozy fireplace with built-in.
