A: The ceiling height for the first floor is currently 10’-0”. It could be modified to 12’ – but it would take substantial work to revise.
A: Height from ground to top of tower is 36’. There is access to the tower room via a ships ladder.
A: It’s not trusses…..probably could be, but shown as stick framing. Could be built slab on grade but would have to find some space for HVAC for 1st floor.
