A: No pantry. Yes, great room and kitchen/dining are vaulted. A basement option is available.
Q: The 4" brick ledge on foundation plan, can it be removed from print? Or is that just something I tell the foundation guy to ignore. For i am finishing with vinyl siding throughout. Thanks!

Q: what the total square footage of house under the roof
A: Total under roof is 2,284 sq.ft.
Q: How was wondering how the joists would be arranged with a full basement?
A: Design has I-joists for the floor system and they run front to back.
Q: What is the ceiling height in the living room?
A: Standard plate height/clg is 8ft. The family room and kitchen however have a cathedral vault that peaks at 11’-4”+/- Regards, Eric
Q: Where do the furnace and water heater go?
A: Either out in the garage or in the attic for the crawl or slab options.
Q: The picture shows a siding and stone exterior. I want a stone façade body for the entire exterior of the home with siding only on peaks, does this require a modification? Thank you.
A: The stone doesn’t require support if stone will be a cultured stone vs. stacked stone. If full stacked stone is used, a support ledge is needed at the foundation – similar to brick. This could also be done in the field if need be. But it does change the foundations dimensions, causing a greater opportunity for errors.
