Split Level Bedrooms
This home plan is ideal for families with older children, couples working from home, or hobby enthusiasts eager to practice skills in peace! The Owners Suite rests at the front left of the cabin. The Master Bath features a dual sink vanity and a large corner glass shower. The enclosed toilet ensures maximum privacy! A roomy walk-in closet provides plenty of additional wardrobe storage space.
Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 reside on the Upper Level of the cabins floor plan. Bedroom 2 is to the left of the staircase landing and includes a modest step-in closet with ample hanging space for favorite pieces. Bedroom 3 is found at the rear of the home plan with a great view into the backyard. A shared bathroom holds a single sink vanity and a bath shower space.

Previous Q & A
Q:Where can I see the walkout basement plan addition for Plan 82581?
A:Good afternoon,
When choosing the optional basement, you would just get an unfinished basement foundation page that has a note “see owner or builder for window and door placement.”
This would be unfinished space that mirrors main level heated/cooled space.
If you are needing a floorplan for basement level or elevations showing walkout, this will have to be achieved through our modification process!
