Please see below for basement stair access. Please note that you lose the office/craft room to allow access to lower level.
When you purchase an optional walkout basement, this is considered to be unfinished space. With that being said, you would not receive a floorplan for the lower level showing any rooms or heated/cooled space. You would receive a foundation plan that shows post & beams withholding the main level, basement space would mirror the main level’s heated/cooled square footage. We place a note on the foundation page that states to “see builder/owner for location of windows and doors”.

Please see attached for basement stair location. You will lose the office/craft room and deep cabinet in pantry to allow access to basement.
Since this plan is not a standard basement or walkout basement foundation, we do not have a floorplan showing heated/cooled areas for basement level. Since we do not have a floorplan for this level, we do not call out any load bearing walls. You would only receive an unfinished foundation page in which would call for post beams to withhold the level above. If you are needing a floorplan for this area in which shows walls and heated/cooled space, this would have to be achieved through our modification process.
