Country Style House Plan 82929 is a budget-friendly farmhouse plan with great curb appeal. Three bedrooms are on the main floor, and a bonus room is located above the 2 car garage. This plan offers two and a half bathrooms and an open layout. Plus, the plan has lots of extras such as a kitchen island, walk-in pantry, lockers in the entry, large primary suite with luxurious bathroom and a large walk-in closet with direct access to the laundry room. In total, there is 1,793 square feet of interior living space and 394 square feet of covered porch space.

Country Style House Plan 82929 is designed for comfort, fun, and functionality for your family. Firstly, the living space is comfortable. Like most new homes, this one has an open floor plan. Open the front double door, and you land directly into the great room. It measures 18'2 wide by 15'2 deep. Your kitchen has a big farmhouse sink under a window, and there is a large island for additional prep space. Kids will sit on a barstool and have breakfast at the island eating bar. Later, it's easy to serve dinner because there is no separation from the dining room. You can easily transfer plates and condiments over to the dining table. Now, your family can sit down and share a meal sooner.
Secondly, we want to have fun with our families. This plan has a large rear covered porch which measures 20'10 wide by 6' deep. You can lounge on comfortable outdoor furniture, or you can set up a picnic table and grill hotdogs when the weather is nice outside. Next, head upstairs to the FROG. What is a FROG you ask? It stands for Future Room Over Garage. This bonus room measures 13'2 wide by 15'4 deep, and it's a great place to set up game tables.
