Plan Description

From the curb this charming French country cottage with an arched entry, one can help but feel they are in the wine country of France. Inside the entry a petite powder room on the right, and to the left is a unique 42" wide switch back stair that leads to a future bonus room and the second floor with two bedrooms that share a bath. Ahead is the great room with a 12'-0" ceiling and a wall of windows with double French doors, some flanking windows and an eyebrow transom for drama. To the right is a 42" wide fireplace and the entry to the master bedroom that has a 9'-0" ceiling, and a luxurious well appointed bath and dressing area. To the left is the country kitchen with an 8'-0" ceiling, andgle bay window, and a mud room with closet, pantry, and laundry.
