Plan Description
This is a Real Movie House
Fans of the movie "Father of the Bride" will recognize this classic and popular colonial house. The actual movie used two houses - one for the exterior and another for the interior. This plan is a compromise of the two. Entering the foyer we are greeted by an ell shaped staircase that leads to the second floor and above the landing is the art glass window. A large dining room with a fireplace and screened in porch are located close to the kitchen with the glass door cabinets and walk in pantry. An additional stair at the back of the house leads to the second floor and to the walk around attic. Continuing on there is the master bedroom with a well appointed master bath and a large walk in closet. The other three bedrooms share a bath with a double bowl vanity. Both the first and second floors have dramatic 9'-0" ceilings! If plans are ordered promptly we will include plans for the detached 'night basketball' garage.Modifications
