A: There is no floor plan for the full basement models as they are only partially finished and have no divisions for rooms.
A: Hello, It is possible to modify this plan so that a drive-under garage can be built in the basement. The dimensions of the basement (and those of the dining/living room above) would need to be enlarged by at least 6 feet so that the garage is 20-feet deep to house a car.
