Q: Are the interior walls 2x4? I need the following, and wanted to know if you offer this in your slab option: An elevated slab foundation is a foundation that the perimeter is built up with concrete and then filled with either gravel or dirt.
The slab is poured on top of that. I live in a flood zone and the house needs to be raised a minimum of 4 ft, however I don't want a crawl space.
A: Yes, the interior walls are 2x4. As far as the elevated slab foundation, that would have to be a modification. Our stem slab foundation is only 6" high.
